If you stay in Japan 90 days or more you must apply for alien registration with the city, town or village in which you reside.

  To register with Ishinomaki City please go to the City Office and speak with the Citizens Division. They will take you through the process of alien registration. The Citizens Division staff can speak English and Mandarin.
